The Law makes it illegal to advocate the death or injury of any person or persons for any reason whatsoever.
There is no such law today anywhere in the world. Such advocates of death and destruction are considered exercising free speech, as in the USA, or else it's acceptable or even praised in other countries. These advocates of murder even become national leaders.
Think about what would happen if all such advocates of murder could be arrested, tried, imprisoned, etc., stopped at the earliest and first such advocacies.
If the murders are actually committed, that would be considered illegal in at least some countries. Not much help for peace.
